We-Ko-Pa at $109 to $169, TPC Champions at $69 and Grayhawk at $50 a round are the best summer golf deals anywhere. Only Talking Stick keeps the trip under $1,500, and July brought 111 to 116 degree heat warnings in 2026.
Rental estates cap at 16 guests, charge $30 per extra head above 8, ban parties with 9 pm quiet hours, and Scottsdale passed a party house ordinance on July 2, 2026. Not a fit for 20 guys.
